Get your taste buds tingling at Cork on a Fork 16th - 20th August

Cork on a Fork Festival was established in 2022 to celebrate Cork food and Cork city’s ever evolving dining and nightlife scene.  It is organised and supported by Cork City Council in partnership with local hospitality businesses, Fáilte Ireland, Ireland’s Ancient East, Pure Cork, Cork Business Association, Cork Airport, and Atlantia Clinical Trials with media partners the Irish Examiner and Cork's RedFM.

Brian O’Flynn, Head of Ireland’s Ancient East at Fáilte Ireland said: “Cork is an important part of Ireland’s Ancient East and has huge potential to attract domestic and international visitors. Cork is already recognised nationally for leading the way in providing outdoor dining facilities and with the support of Fáilte Ireland has helped businesses extend opening times and grow Cork’s night time economy. We will continue to build on Cork’s great food provenance to enhance its reputation as a great food destination.”

The 5 day food festival will feature unique experiences and venues, food trails, tasting masterclasses, street events, bite-size food talks, cooking demos, free events, Cork on a Fork specials, family fun, night-time food experiences and more, so there will be something for everyone to see, taste and devour.
