Dance Cork Firkin Crane This Month

Announcing Dance Performances at Cork Midsummer Festival co-presented by Dance Cork Firkin Crane
Following the announcement of Cork Midsummer Festival's 2026 programme yesterday, we are thrilled to present bold works by dance artists Emily Terndrup and Fearghus Ó Conchúir as part of this year's line up.
Offspring (A Modern Frankenstein) Emily Terndrup
Fri 12 - Sat 13 June, 7pm (Preview Thur 11 June at 7pm, Sat Matinee at 1pm)

In this visceral reimagining of Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein, Emily Terndrup fuses explosive choreography and razor-sharp storytelling into a fierce, funny and fearless meditation on creation and consequence. Returning to Dance Cork Firkin Crane following an electrifying preview in 2025, Terndrup's award winning production is not to be missed.
