The Glen Theatre Drama Group Banteer brings to the stage, an adapted presentation of John B Keane’s “Letters of a Matchmaker”. A tribute to the music of John Denver – Marc Roberts
On 12th of October 1997, John Denver was tragically killed and the world lost one of its greatest singer/songwriters.
Marc Roberts performs his critically acclaimed and award-winning show ‘A Tribute To The Music of John Denver’ – a full multimedia journey through John Denver’s life and music. Marc performs all the hits including ‘Annie’s Song’, ‘Leaving On A Jet Plane’, ‘Take Me Home Country Roads’, ‘Some Days Are Diamonds’, ‘Calypso’ and ‘Thank God I’m A Country Boy’, while also narrating John Denver’s life story to a multimedia backdrop.
