Cork Cultural Companions is an Age & Opportunity Arts initiative, delivered by Muintir Cork and supported by the HSE and Cork City and County Councils. Cork Cultural Companions has local networks of members who attend events together regularly in Cork City, Mallow, Bantry and East Cork.

Cork GAA, one of the largest sporting organisations in Ireland, is proud to announce a significant voluntary clean up initiative spearheaded by its clubs and their dedicated members. This community-focused event will take place on Saturday 21st September in partnership with Cork County Council and Cork City Council.

The event, aptly named “Cork GAA Community Clean Up Day,” will see players, coaches, officials and supporters come together to clean up their chosen locations across Cork City and County.

Date: Saturday 21st September

Time: 10am to 2pm

Location: Throughout Cork City and County

Participants: Cork GAA, Cork Camogie and Cork LGFA members, supporters, and volunteers from the community.

Registration: All club secretaries will receive an invitation to register and details of the event from Cork GAA, LGFA or Camogie Association. Please reach out to your club management for further information.
