Cork Cultural Companions is an Age & Opportunity Arts initiative, delivered by Muintir Cork and supported by the HSE and Cork City and County Councils. Cork Cultural Companions has local networks of members who attend events together regularly in Cork City, Mallow, Bantry and East Cork.

Cork Midsummer Festival Street events 12- 23 June 2024

 

Cork Midsummer Festival On the Streets brings theatre, dance and spectacle to the lanes, corners and avenues of Cork city. Expect to see a giant rope, mischievous travelling performers, a wild and wacky parade, and lots more to experience.

Come and join The Family Shenanigan, an eccentric troupe of more than 150 makers and performers, and rejoice in their spectacular antics, weird contraptions, dazzling floats and stunning costumes in a unique Cork celebration of Midsummer for all.
